The National Mitigation Bankers Association (NMBA) has sent a Notice Letter warning the US Army Corps of Engineers and the Environmental Protection Agency  that they have failed to meet the legal deadline for issuing final mitigation regulations.  The NMBA has threatened legal action if the matter is not addressed within 60 days.
